Primex

Since 1991 Primex SRL have been manufacturing fire tube boilers that meet customer expectations regarding quality, flexibility and durability. Primex's products have been constantly improved to achieve high performances in combustion and automation, and comply with European emissions standards.

The boilers are of monoblock construction and provided with two turning chambers. Depending on the moisture content of the intended fuel the boilers are fitted with either solid retort or moving grate burners. The three-way heat exchanger is equipped with panels that allow the regular inspection and cleaning of the heat exchanging surfaces.

The boilers are designed to operate fully automatically. Subject to type the fuel is fed into the combustion chamber using push floors, scraper conveyors and/or screw augers. The fuel feed and air supply are adjusted continuously, according to the actual heat requirements. The ash can be removed automatically as well, using screw augers and scraper conveyors.

The boilers are designed to produce hot water, overheated hot water or steam required in commercial or industrial processes.
