Asgard Biomass Systems
Leading suppliers of Biomass Boilers and Heating Systems in the UK.
In 2007 with the explosive growth of interest in Biomass Boilers and renewable energy, Asgard Biomass
Systems grew from R D Associates to concentrate on the provision of biomass heating systems.
Asgard's remit is to provide biomass boiler solutions to a wide range of customers from domestic
through commercial and residential, up to and including large industrial installations.
Founded in 2004 as R D Associates Ltd. they quickly established links with the Danish biomass
boiler manufacturer Karby Smede & Maskinvaerkstod (KSM).
KSM are Europe's pre-eminent manufacturer of biomass heating systems and have been producing
stokers for the last 20 years with over 3,000 installations throughout Northern
Europe and Scandinavia.
The Asgard Process
Starting from your initial enquiry we will manage the relationship with dedication and professionalism,
ensuring that your needs and requirements are considered at every stage.
Whether you want the complete process managed for you or just want to purchase
a biomass boiler for you to install yourself, Asgard Biomass Systems can more than meet your requirements.
Our process is described below. If you want any more information, want to know if we can help you or
are just looking for information to help you decide whether a biomass boiler is the correct renewable energy
solution for you, please don't hesitate to contact us.

-
When we receive your initial enquiry we will work with you to identify your requirements
and the right solution for you.
There are many factors to consider: fuel type, heating requirements, boiler size to name
just a few. We will clearly explain all the options and advise you on the best solution for your
circumstances. In the event that a biomass boiler is not appropriate for your renewable energy needs
we will tell you, and more importantly explain why.
There is more information about the various factors that should be considered on our
Biomass Heating page.
-
Using the solution and requirements from step 1 we will now design you the best biomass heating
installation.
This design will take into account the physical environment that the equipment must be installed into.
All the time we will be mindful of the location and any concerns or wishes you may have with regards
to how the installation blends in.
-
Coming out of the design will be a list of required equipment.
Using our network of suppliers we will source the equipment on your behalf, ensuring that we always
get the best quality and value for you.
-
Once the equipment has arrived we will work with you to identify the best time to install your
biomass boiler solution.
We will always stay in close contact with you, and if required we will work with you to identify
the best window for installation to minimize disruption.
-
Once the installation is complete we thoroughly test it to ensure that any wrinkles have been ironed
out and that you are completely happy with your new heating system.
During this phase we will train you in the operation of the biomass boiler and associated equipment
so that you feel confident to use it.
We don't consider the installation to be complete until you are happy.
-
Once all the previous steps have been completed to everyone's satisfaction we will formally
handover the system to you.
You can choose the option of an ongoing maintenance contract, but if you don't this doesn't mean we
will leave you high and dry! We will always be available on the phone for advice.
-
As an optional extra you can choose to take out one of our maintenance plans.
This option can give you complete piece of mind, ensuring that your biomass boiler system is always
running at peak efficiency.
You can rest easily knowing that your investment is protected and worry free.
-
An additional extra service we can provide is the provision and supply of fuel for your new boiler.
When combined with our service contract this means that we can take full responsibility for your biomass
heating system from initial specification all the way through it's life-cycle.
